At I AM COCKROACH, every product is printed on demand specially for you after your order is placed. Because of this,we only accept returns or offer replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Returns
We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible,the item must:
- be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
- be unused and in its original packaging
- include proof of purchase or order number
- include clear product photos and an unboxing video for verification

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:
- the item is damaged
- the print has a manufacturing defect
- you receive the wrong item

Once verified,we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are made-to-order,we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- wrong size selected
- change of mind
- personal style preference
- sale items
- gift cards
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect,we will send a replacement after verification.
For size-related issues,we may offer support or a replacement discount at our discretion,but this is not guaranteed.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved,we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take 5–10 business days after approval.
